emphasis on legs

With STS being a 3 day per week program, would something like this slightly slim/define the legs?

Day 1: STS
Day 2: Cardio (step, run, or kickbox)
Day 3: STS
Day 4: Cardio (step, run, or kickbox)
Day 5: STS
Day 6: Plyo legs

I'm assuming the plyo moves could still count as a good cardio session and obviously I would space at least 2 days in between that and the weighted leg day.
