Since I am home sick, I have a lot of time to watch TV and am noticing all the shows on my TiVo season pass. It's kinda scary how much is on there. I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours...

Private Practice (gotta be faithful to Kate!)
Grey's Anatomy (the premiere wasn't that great, but it is a very good show)
CSI (the original is still the best)
CSI NY (Danny, the lab tech, need I say more??? H.O.T.!)
CSI Miami (I like to see David Caruso overdramatize all his lines)
Prison Break (Michael is yummy)
Big Love (phenomenal show)
The Unit (one of my favorites!!!)
The Closer (love Brenda, love her black bag)

Now that I look at this list, I have to admit it's a leetle scary. I think TiVo makes watching TV easier because the shows are only about 40 minutes.

I used to have a TiVo and it sat there and mocked me on the shelf, after spending 50 dollars for some dork to come out and "set it up" it still did not work!x( Do not ask, it has to do something with my DH's obsession with everything loud and electronic. But if I did have one, here are my silly shows-please do not judge and yes, you can assume I am still in my 20's thank you very much!:7

Zoiks! I still have an ancient tv with plain old cable access. I've been watching The War. I am a self confessed Law & Order junky (It hasn't been the same without Jerry Orbach). I have to say I have watched Weeds via Netflix and rather much liked it.

Last night I confess to watching one of the more painful shows currently on tv, Rock of Love. Perhaps I can't get over the fact that these chicks are fighting over some washed up, middle aged, has been who is still sporting black eyeliner and a doo-rag.
As Henry Rollins once said:
"On the other hand, you can always go to the video store and see the guy who used to sell millions of records and then snorted, drank and burned his fortunes. All he has left is the dyed hair, eyeliner, and attitude. The receding hairline, gut, and double chin only add to the visual intensity."
 
I wish I had Tivo. My DH keeps telling me we can't have it for some reason, but I can't remember why. So I watch TV with commercials. :(

I love the Closer and the original CSI. I also love Stabler & Benson on L&O SVU, and all the other L&Os. Also like Without A Trace. I used to enjoy Caruso's bad acting on CSI Miami, but now I'm getting a bit tired of it.

I am the ultimate Top Chef addict, and will no doubt watch Project Runway when it surfaces again.

Nothing to be embarrassed about Lorie. If I could get home earlier, I'd watch a lot more TV. As it is, I get into bed at 10 and shut the light at 11:30, so I'm rather time limited.

I like to watch some PBS stuff like "The War" or their "American Masters" Series. I like Austin City Limits, too,depending on the artist. Same goes for Saturday Night Live; if I like the host and/or musical guest, I'll tune in.

Don't really desire Tivo. Last week I was traveling on business, so DH taped the season opener of "The Office" for me the old-fashioned way, with the VCR in the exercise room. But, if I miss a show, I just miss it. No big deal. They'll rerun it numerous times anyway. And I can always entertain myself for the few moments a commercial is on.

Pippa! I swear you are my long, lost twin! I have all of those, too! And, the HILLS...I cannot get enough...and I am 30! I even caught myself watching Newport Harbor until I lost brain cells. I love the Hills! I am so glad I am not the only one.

OMG! Not again...first Justin Timberlake and now this...we really are twins. I haven't watched any Prison Break yet but I have yet to miss The Hills:7
