Hi Victoriash! Have good healthy foods/meals prepared ahead of time. If you wait until after your workout and then start preparing, you will most likely devour everything in sight while you try to prepare something. Also, get adequate protein intake, not only to help repair muscle damage but to help keep you feeling satisfied longer. Too many times we reach mostly for the carbs and that just makes you hungrier and hungrier faster.
