Kim, the pictures of your house are beautiful! Wow, Jo is right, it looks spotless! Nice work getting it all done! You should have no trouble selling it, it looks like new, I love the floors! And the back yard, is that patch of dark soil your veggie garden? If it is, no wonder you have miracle harvests, that soil looks super rich!

I read an article about hockey in Canada today, it said it requires parents to take a 1 hour online or something anger management teaching....

Do you guys have to do that too with ds? It made me think of you since you are the only Canadian I know...LOL!
Jo and Kim, I was thinking too, that the Dad should just pitch in (she said she was trying to make it easier on him) He's perfectly capable, and since I already have the day planned and made commitments, I do feel fine about it. I haven't heard back, could be she's busy, could be she's reading into it, but I'm not going to worry about it.
Rachel, for workouts I decided to do the cardio and weights, then the circuit blasts without the cardio, supplementing treadmilll for 30 min instead, and then I don't know yet....
I got the rest of the carpets done today, I intended to do just half of it today but got carried away.... Feels good to be done! I hope my back won't be mad at me...
And here's the almond joy recipe, everyone!
Almond Joy Fudge
2 C agave nectar
2 C coconut oil
If your coconut oil is solid, place its container in a sink of hot tap water to melt it first. Then put both
ingredients in a high-power blender and add:
1 C raw powdered chocolate (or unsweetened cocoa)
Blend well, then pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in:
2 C shredded coconut
2 C chopped almonds
Pour the mixture into a 9x13” pan, chill 2 hours, and cut into squares to serve.
It holds it's shape best in the freezer. Since we have warm weather most of the time I keep it in the fridge or freezer so it is easy to serve when ready.
