dyna bands

Beware because those are only 3 feet. I think Cathe's are 6 feet. It makes a huge difference when you are trying some of her exercises!!

You can also buy them in rolls that allow you to cut them to size, which is what I did. That way, whether I need 8' for shoulder presses, or 4' to tie together for firewalkers and outer thigh work, I have it.

Here are the 6' bands at FWonline: http://www.fwonline.com/dbcutlong.htm

You can also find bands at www.power-systems.com and www.performbetter.com and http://www.sissel-online.com/product/fit_exercise_band.php (if you buy a roll from sissel, you also get a free door attachment. IMO, Sissel door attachments are the best!). Some are latex, some are latex-free (as are the new bands Cathe now sells).

Amazon sells the green band Cathe has used in previous workouts: http://www.sissel-online.com/product/fit_exercise_band.php

HTH!

It appears that these are sold out on Cathe's site. They are available at
http://www.fwonline.com/dbcutlong.htm

for about 4.00 apiece. Does anyone know how much Cathe's cost?

I think Cathe's are a three-pack for $18-$19.99. Can't remember. Cathe's are non-latex so they're a bit more expensive. You can find non-latex bands on fwonline too... http://www.fwonline.com/thera-band.htm but I think Cathe's are more durable than the average ones. They mentioned once that the green in STS is tighter than the green in Hardcore.
