DVDs, which one is right for me?

I've been working out for about 15 years, first at a health club, and at home for about five years. My favorite videos were Firm Strength and Firm Cardio. Looking for a change, I got Cathe's MIS. I like this video but have to do it in two parts. I need more variety and I would appreciate some recommendations. I would like a workout with weights that would work my whole body in an hour or less. I also like step and kickboxing, but I need to do low impact. I'm very slow to pick up the choreography, so I don't want anything too complex. I'm craving a workout that has popular music I can sing along with, like my old days in club aerobics. I've been reading these boards and studying the DVD descriptions but I just can't decide what to order! Can anyone give me some recommendations? Thanks!

Cathe's latest Body Blast series has the kind of "sing along with music" I think you're looking for. But, there are a few other dvds that are also great. The Supersets/Push Pull dvd has great music and definitely can work your body in an hour or less. Some say these two workouts are some of Cathe's easier though and I tend to agree. The dvd has many premixes though that make up for it. The Legs&Glutes/Kick Punch and Crunch dvd is great....the choreography isnt hard to learn at all and parts of KPC can easily be modified to low impact. The variety of leg exercises in Legs&Glutes will keep your mind moving!

Other great total body workouts that are excellent with more instrumental music, though fun music....are Power Hour and Muscle Endurance. Muscle Endurance dvd is paired up with the BootCamp workout which is tough, can be modified for low impact and also packs alot into 1 hour.

Hope that helps. Also, some of the workouts use a stability ball and/or a medicine ball. I didnt have either for a long time and the workouts can definitely be done without them and still get an awesome workout. Background exercisers show modifications.

Good Luck!

I also think you would enjoy Muscle Endurance and Bootcamp. Step, Jump and Pump is also fun and has great music. It may take a little pratice but the moves are not too complicated.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'm thinking about going with the Supersets/Push and Pull. I just ordered the stability ball and I'm looking forward to a different kind of workout. :)
