Blast is just the blasts from the intervals back to back. Blast Mania is the Imax II warm up, all 10 blasts and then the stretch. I think the DVDs are SOOOOOOOOO worth it. Pyramid DVD has lots of premixes, you can do just the pyramid going up, just the pyramid going down, and there is also a combo that has an hour of both PUB and PLB using the pyramid up of each exercise (does not include any stability ball work). The best DVD in my opinion is Boot Camp/ME. There is a fabulous bonus combo of both ME and BC that is about an hour long and includes the ab section from ME on days you're crunched for time. The BC premixes are endless. I usually do the 'everything but core' premix, then do the 'core only premix' so I get a solid 8 minute ab routine. You can add the cardio only or the kicbox only premixes to the end of another workout just to go out 'on a bang.' Sorry to hear you were disappointed with The Terminator. I personally love this DVD and think the options here are endless too. Since each segment has it's own chapter, you might want to try what I do - have your remote handy. I have a little table in the back of my workout room with a water bottle and my remote on it, when I get to the recovery phase of say, a BC cardio segment or an Imax II interval, I simply hit the back button and do it again. Imax II is a little too easy for me so I usually do intervals 5 and 9 twice. This leaves me spent! The Terminator can be as easy or as tough as you like, just listen to your body and tweak it to you advantage. With that said, I think these DVDs are incredible! Another thing to do with the Imax II/C&W DVD is the Time Saver Step premix of C&W (which features the step sections only) after a weight workout. I typically do the C&W time saver premix after doing ME or PH. You can also do just the step and compound weights together, omitting the heavy weight segments. Another fun combo is the timesaver step of C&W followed by Imax blast. That is fun and will leave you tired! And the Imax II premixes are great too. You can do intervals 1-5 with the warm up and stretch, or intervals 6-10 with the warm up and stretch. Plus you never have to rewind a DVD! And if you have a multi-disc DVD player (I do not) this opens your options up even more! I hope I didn't scare you with my enthusiasm!
