Good morning Cathe & Cathletes! I've started losing weight again(yay!) and I now want to really focus on toning(mainly upper arm and thighs). I only want to lose about 10 pounds. I'm doing well on my diet, so I don't need diet advice. I need to know which dvds will give me the quickest results. I have almost all of Cathe's stuff. I'm hoping to hear from Cathe and the Cathe nation, thanks!
