DVD for muscle definition, not bulk

Hi, Cathe!

I am so excited about your new DVDS, and of course I am ordering all four! I also wanted to order separate DVDs for weight training for both upper and lower body. I was wondering which ones to get (Pyramid, Gym Style, etc.) that would add definition, but not make me bigger. I am 5'4", 115, but want long, lean muscles. Hope to hear what you suggest! THank you!
 
Hi Pianoann! I think you will be fine with the Pyramids, Gym Styles, and the Pure Strength series. You may also want to consider Leaner Legs and Legs and Glutes for some good leg work. Keep your weights lighter with these workouts for additional endurance benefits. Take Care!
