dumbells

Do any of you have those dumbells sets where it's "all in one". It's a set of two dumbbells, but each one is ajustable some up to 25 lbs and some up to 50. Do you like them? Are they worth the money?

I bought a set for my daughter who has a small apartment in the city. She likes them a lot. In my opinion (and hers), there's nothing like a complete set of free weights but they're perfect if space is a consideration. I just wish I could remember the brand name.... I'll have to ask her, if you want. They're relatively easy to change the weight on them too. They are a bit bulky but, hey, they serve a very good purpose!!!!!!

ETA: Okay, they're STAMINA. I looked at the Bowflex also but they seemed so much more bulky. These are more "feminine" looking, lol.

I got the Bowflex Select Tech Dumbells last year and LOVE them. They are a bit longer than regular dumbells but are very convenient when you switch weights alot in a workout. Great for Cathe's Pyramid upper body workout...each dumbell goes from 5 to 52.5 lbs...
