Should we continue to do the ab workouts during the recovery weeks, or should we take off from those, too?
Okay, thanks Kathryn. That was kind of my line of thinking. Actually, I may do a week of Pilates during the recovery week; might be a nice change of pace and challenge my abs differently.
I'm not familiar with ATRM, but I think Squeeze can be pretty intense, especially for lower body. Also, there may be light weights, but there are a lot of reps, aren't there?Kathryn,

You could try it and see, especially if you use it maybe twice during recovery week, and surround it with stretching etc.
