drop sets in meso 2, week 4 -- WOW!

i gotta say the drop sets with 10 seconds rest between sets are WAY TOUGHER than i anticipated! WOW! can't believe how heavy i was able to lift!

can't wait for back & biceps lol
 
I hear ya!!! I couldnt believe how they worked you and when you got to the lighter weights which I could normally do a ton of reps with - I fought for every rep....

I loved all the variations in Meso 2 with the drop sets, tri sets, double waves - what fun!! :) in an evil tough sort of way.... lol...
