Hi Jbabefit! It is too soon for me to be so specific but the drills will be varied. Some speed and agility drills, some sports specific, some power oriented, some boot campy like. The equipment is still in the works as it depends which drills make the cut. Some drills get tested and spit out and some get tested and accepted,

I'm hoping there will be no step. I was thinking of P90X workout called Plyo X. Of course I can only give a humble suggestion: How about 30 mins drills with no step and 30 minutes drills with step (with separate warm-up and cooldown?). This is just a suggestion, I'm not pushing or anything like that. If it doesn't happen, it's definitely okay with me since I already ordered everything
For some reason, I was thinking it might be similar to the Boot Camp workout? (from reading the description). I don't own Boot Camp yet, I look forward to the new Drill Max to see comparisons.
