I want to know if Cathe is going to use the step for cardio in this workout because Cathe uses the step in the IMAX workouts but she dosen't use the step in KPC or KM. Thank you very much.

I was re-reading the post and it sounds like the whole thing will be all intensity blasts. Of course, I'm thinking that would be too torturous so maybe I'm misreading or reading more into it. But then again there is a all intensity blasts premix on the Imax's.....I can just feel my knees now.....
Hi All! For the most part, it will be high intensity drills with recovery phases. The drills will vary in nature from plyometrics, to sports specific, to speed and agility, etc. Gibberishly speaking, it will have a boot-campy, kick-boxy, sports condition-ish feel to it.
Note: To ease the body into the workout "gracefully", the drills will vary in intensity and length (just as the Imax's intervals did).
Drill Max sounds different from other types of Cardio that you have done. I am a huge fan of your hi/lo, kick box, and bootcamp /plyo workouts.
Will Drill Max be the kind of workout that does not use step aerobics? I would really love a workout that is athletic in terms of intesity that uses the step for power moves only. I have never been a fan of Step aerobics but love, love, love your other cardio workouts.
