drill max has anyone survived it?

I started with the cardio sections only, and they brought me to dizzying heights! When I got through those a few times, I added the rest of the workout and just love it! It actually helps to do the whole drill, brings my heart rate down slightly. I am in the middle of the December rotation where we are only doing the premixes and gym style, and I want to quit so I can go back and do the "whole" workouts through. I miss themx( .
