Drill Max DUH moment

So I did Drill Max this morning- it kicks my butt every time, but I was pleased to see that I have increased my muscular endurance a bit and even my cardio endurance, although I still can't do the tuck jumps with the squat thrusts at the end. Uh, just a jump for me thanks. And those lunges with the ball at the end where I'm supposed to jump switch four of them in a row? Ahhhhh!

Anyway, I have never been able to use the 3 pound weights at the end with the side plank pushups- I always think the pace is just too fast. So I never watch the TV while I'm doing them, right? I'm busy doing push ups! But I caught the last one today and noticed she keeps her feet in push up position. She doesn't move her feet into a side plank position (like in yoga). Ohhhhh. Right. That might make it easier to keep up if I keep my feet in the same place. DUH! Now maybe I'll try it with weights next time. I'm so blond.
 
Funny! Now maybe I can give them a whirl too! By the time I get to that point I'm so pooped I can't look at the tv & do the push ups!
