Drill Max didn't kill me!!!!

Thanks to everyone who pushed me to Drill Max. I was dreading it, but so wanting it. Mailman brought it today. I love the mailman:) I just finished it and not too easy, not too tough, just right. (Although I may not think that in the morning) The only spots that gave me troubles were the push ups with hands on the stability ball - just couldn't do it, about fell on my nose. I just backed the dvd up and regular pushups. And the tricep dips on the ball - couldn't get my balance. I just paused and fetched a chair. I used 8 lbs where Cathe used 10 bc it is a new w/o for me, but I think I can do it with 10 and will try that next time. Thanks everybody!!!:) :)
 
I am glad you got it and did it! Drill Max is my favorite of Cathe's newest series. I absolutely love this workout! Sometimes I feel I can't get enough of it. I did it at 6AM this morning!

I just broke down and bought this too. Did it for the 1st time this week and I love it too! It was a sweatfest for me and I felt great all day after I did it. I agree about the pushups and triceps dips on the ball....I just could not get my balance. Will have to work on it.
 
You go girls! DM kills me every time I do it!

I don't have problems w/the pushups but I do have trouble w/the tricep dips. Instead I do the dips off the end of my coffee table w/my feet on the stability ball. That way you still get the balance/core work & give the triceps a good burn.
 
I am not sure why I did not do this workout all these time. I just never did it. Boy, what a fun that was. Good alternative workout to the Bootcamp. Defintly will be in my weekly rotation. Do need to add Abs at the end. :)
