Doubt on two days off in July '03?

I don't usually see two days off on the rotations, so I just wanted to make sure.

It shows two days off on week two and three.

Well, I didn't get a response, so I am going to brisk/walk/job for 30-40 minutes and then work my abs.

Yes, the two days off in the rotation is correct. But nothing in any of the rotations is written in stone--you can certainly do more if you're up to it. Have fun on your walk!!!

2 days off are fine. i took 2 days off each week for years. i worked so hard for 5 days that i needed a 2 day rest. i just recently started doing 6 days but i may go back to 5 days b/c i feel like my butt is dragging on the 6th day.
