i dont really care if its carbs or what matters for me, does it fill me up? unless it has fiber that is a no. for a healthy portion. anyone can eat several bowls of cereal to feel full.
what about beans? theres lots of different ways to eat them. making your own hummus or other kinds of bean dip is healthy, lots of protein, tasty. fast if you use canned beans. rachael ray has a million ways to make hummus and chili. cheap too.
you could make a pot of bean or veg. soup. you can eat alot of that and it would still be healthy.
i tend to overeat less when we have less food in general. but i dont think about going to buy more unless its in a grocery store.
what about walking to the 7-11. then your eating is balanced with activity. and once you walk, might change your mind.
