Working on the August rotation, I do not have Pure Strength. Allison you had stated that gym style would work easily for a modification just switching the body parts as in PS.
I went & made this really cool (OK, maybe dorky) notebook from the printable spreadsheets to all of Cathe's WO's. So since I have the excercises I could just go by that & work on my own. Of course I'll miss Cathe motivating me on.
On the back,biceps, & abs section the 1st 2 excercises are a T-bar row with weights at one end. Am I understanding this correctly, it's like a lat row just with a barbell? If not can someone explain it better to me please. Thanks!!
Also on the legs portion - Inner/Outer thigh with body bar??? Dbl & single hamstring raises, how is she using weight? I'm sure they are simple, I'm just not seeing it.
