Hi Donna,
On the thread about the Lower Body Pymaid, you mentioned the possiblity of having a check in with the Intense Series' Total Body Blast.
I would be thrilled to check in with YOU. :D

I will leave it to you to decide how you wish to do a check in. For example should it be in Video Discussions, Open Discussions, a seperate thread...you know all that good stuff. LOL

This morning, I'm off to do Imax2 and hope to do more of those 'froggy jumps' in #9 this time! ;-)

Yesterday I did Upper Body and those 15#ers for the biceps, I had to sit down to finish the sets. I was determined to use them if it were the last thing I ever did! :D By biceps are weak. I need to work on that among other things.

Let me know how you prefer to check in. This sounds like loads of fun and it can be motivational as well.

Thanks for you offer to be my check in partner. Perhaps some of the other girls may like to join as well. That would be great fun too.

Hi Anna,
I messed up 2 froggy jumps but they were better than last time. You do 3 big froggy jumps across the board, hop 2 times, do 2 jumping jacks, turn around and froggy back across the board.

I am amazed at Imax2 though. In Imax I was never able to do those flying jack thingys and the tucks #9! But in Imax2, these seem pretty easy. I don't know if it is the music that is so motivational or what? But even though you are dripping buckets, it is a fun workout. That is what I'm finding out anyway.

So, I don't know if I'm really brave, or just determined not to let this workout get the best of me. LOL

However you want to do a check in is fine with me. I did PLB this morning and it wasn't any easier! :)

Good idea sitting down for the heavy reps on biceps, it didn't occur to me to sit down. I'll try that next time to get through it. That's one tough set!

So however you want to do a check-in, go ahead and start it and I'll be there! :)

It isn't as scary as it sounds. ;-) You do those same jumps as in Cardio Kicks ( I believe that is the tape) but you take 3 jumps long-wise down the board. You don't hop over it. What does take the wind out of you is the 2 hops, 2 jumping jacks and the 8 squat and jumps and click you heels together before you take 3 more froggy jumps back.
I think Imax2 can be tamed...MIC....well that is another story. :D
