On the thread about the Lower Body Pymaid, you mentioned the possiblity of having a check in with the Intense Series' Total Body Blast.

I will leave it to you to decide how you wish to do a check in. For example should it be in Video Discussions, Open Discussions, a seperate thread...you know all that good stuff. LOL
This morning, I'm off to do Imax2 and hope to do more of those 'froggy jumps' in #9 this time! ;-)
Yesterday I did Upper Body and those 15#ers for the biceps, I had to sit down to finish the sets. I was determined to use them if it were the last thing I ever did!
By biceps are weak. I need to work on that among other things.
Let me know how you prefer to check in. This sounds like loads of fun and it can be motivational as well.
