Nothing gave me DOMS like the workout Cathe designed in Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation - 100 toe touches, 100 squat thrusts, 5 min jog in place, 100 jacks, 100 alternating front lunges, low pulse squats for 2 minutes, jump rope for 5 minutes, 50 pushups, 400 sit ups and then REPEAT THAT ALL AGAIN!! I never (from B&G, etc.) had DOMS like I had from this in the hams. Incredible - @ 4 days. I worked through it, but whew that was something else!
