Doms !!

What is the longest period of time you've had doms ??
I did Pure Strength Back, Biceps & Abs for the first time last week and had DOMS for 4 days !!! ... I had begun to think I had injured myself.
 
I think about three days. You just have to not move during that time ;)

I did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back on Monday and today I had trouble doing triceps and biceps because of the soreness in my shoulders. Usually when I start a new workout the DOMS tends to last a couple of extra days.

The first time I did the B&G Leg Blast Premix I had DOMS in my lower body for THREE DAYS!!!!}( }( }(
 
Are the premixs on Butt and Gutts more challanging than the workout? I must be doing something wrong because I cannot get DOMS from Butt and Gutts. It is definately not an easy workout: my form must be off or something.

Four days of chest DOMS from Gym Style Chest and Triceps. It was the very first time I managed to do the drop set of pushups with straight legs. I managed to keep the 20 lb weights for most of the weight segment too. I never realized how often you use your chest muscles during the day. Now it's only a day of DOMS for that workout.
The first time I did Butts & Guts I also had DOMS for 4 days. I had also done an hour and a half of intense jazz dance the day before I did that workout. I think I also went skating the day I did B&G. Definitely a cumulative effect.
 
Nothing gave me DOMS like the workout Cathe designed in Aug 05 Bootcamp rotation - 100 toe touches, 100 squat thrusts, 5 min jog in place, 100 jacks, 100 alternating front lunges, low pulse squats for 2 minutes, jump rope for 5 minutes, 50 pushups, 400 sit ups and then REPEAT THAT ALL AGAIN!! I never (from B&G, etc.) had DOMS like I had from this in the hams. Incredible - @ 4 days. I worked through it, but whew that was something else!
