Doing one body part per day- afraid to change!

Hi,

I have been using S&H and doing one body part per day, plus 20-25 minutes of varied cardio. This has been working great for me, losing weight and inches. Today will be the start of my 4th week with this rotation, and I know after this week I should start something different, as most rotations are supposed to be changed up after 4 weeks. I am really worried that I will not see results like I have been if I do more endurance type lifting! Any suggestions?

I totally understand the "oh no" feeling of changing whats working... A couple of thoughts.
You do not HAVE to change if its still working. Some people can go 6-8 weeks before they stop experiencing results.....
The other thing is that you can just change the order you do the exercises in a DVD... Start using the Mix n Match option. Muscles respond to the smallest of changes some time... Change the order of the workout, change the count rep etc..... I say dont throw the baby out with the bathwater!
