I'm trying to work UB 3 times a week with TMS, C&W UB premix, and Bodymax 2 UB premix. Is this ok or should I be doing just one of these 3 times a week for a 4-6 week period?

If you are doing 3x a week its actually a GOOD idea to NOT do the same w/o 3x.
Doing the same w/o 3x a week could cause too much stress on joints that are being worked in the same exact manner.
If it were me I'd use each of the 3 every week and stick to that and see how you feel. IF you find that the SAME exercises are used in the 3 you selected you may want and view other DVds and find one that doesnt work the muscle in the same way.
IE: If all your choices do traditional bicep curls you may want to find a DVD (or just change it yourself) to doing hammer curls or preacher curls one day or even curls elevated on your step (make it into a "ramp").... Just be aware of how your joints & muscles are reacting to your program and modify/change if something isnt feeling right or recovering enough between w/os.
