Does this happen to anyone else?

Sometimes when I exercise to complete exhaustion, I start seeing little flickers of light; I even call them stars. I am just curious to find out if this happens to anyone else, and if it does, can anyone explain to me what am I actually seeing?

This happens to me too, though I'm not sure if it's happened while working out. It usually happens when I get up from sitting too fast, or after I whip my head back up after putting my hair in a towel post-shower. I've always had abnormally low blood pressure. You got me curious about it, so here's the wikipedia entry on it:

Thanks for posting that!! Yes, I get that *seeing stars* too. Mine is often from bending over to pick something up and standing up too quickly, and I have to make sure I eat every few hours or it happens also. I've passed out a couple times from it, but typically if I just take a deep breath or sit down, I'm fine. Here's more on that also. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postural_hypotension

Glad that I'm not the only one!
