I've done the 3 MMA cardios - boxing today. My back is killing me! When I saw my chiropractor a couple days ago he said I was really bad between the shoulders into the neck. It was better - now it's bad again. I have pretty significant scoliosis but my abs are also weak right now. I LOVE the MMA and always have. I really don't want to stop. Maybe focus on my core more? Just wondering if it wrecks anyone else's back. Uggggh.
