Does anyone (or everyone??) own the Time Saver DVD?

I think I'm going to order it next week and wanted your opinions. I know all Cathe workouts are wonderful, but this is one I don't own!!

I have all of Cathe'd DVDs (except for the really old stuff) but I have to say that this is the one I use least. When I want an "express" workout, I tend to reach for the CTX Series. While I love the Body Blast series, I seem to go for the premixes (which are awesome) rather than Timesaver. I believe The Timesaver is a great way to test out Cathe's style and intensity if you are new, but if you already have the Body Blast series, it's kind of redundant. (I'm sure others will disagree, however).

I love, love, love the Timesaver DVD. It's one of my favorites and a must have for me. You can't do high intensity *all* the time.... (well me anyway). I love these workouts for days that I'm just short on time or just not having enough energy to go all out, for an entire hour or more. The fun factor is HUGE compared to CTX also.

I like CTX as well, but the Timesaver is a lot more fun IMO.

Good luck!

I don't own that one, but when I first wanted to try Cathe after seeing her on FitTv, I ordered the Terminator. Boy does that DVD rock, it has everything on it from the Intensity series (which I ended up purchasing). I lean more toward the Intesity series vs Body Blast (which I have all but mentioned) and I love her CTX series.

Any of them you can not go wrong.

This was the first Cathe DVD I bought. It was a GREAT introduction to her and afterwards I ordered the whole body blast series. Since I had the whole series, I decided I didn't need the Timesaver anymore so I sold it on ebay. I'm happy mixing up workouts myself or using the premixes. When I ordered the Intensity series I didn't get the Terminator for the same reason.

Just my 2 cents;)

I own all of Cathe's DVDs and I would have to say that I use the timesaver DVD the least.
The way I use this DVD is to shock my system and do the whole DVD at once. I also use the CTX series that way.

The Timesaver DVD was the first Cathe DVD I bought. It was great to start out with just to get familiar with her workouts, but I agree that CTX is a better "express" workout. I do however pull out the Timesaver since I don't have the entire Body Blast series and mix and match them to create my own workout. However, once I own the entire BB series (which I plan to someday soon), I probably won't have use for the Timesaver anymore.

I rarely do the Timesaver because I have all the others, and I don't want to get sick of the others by doing the Timesaver cardio routines a lot. Plus, the premixes in the BB series are so awesome. And since there are a lot of short premixes I don't think the Timesaver is necessary.

The only one that I enjoyed was the Timesaver workout #5, which was all legs and glutes.. I too sold it on Ebay along with Cardio & Weights, another I really never used that much. I found that I like Cathe's gym style weight workouts the best , Pure Strength , Pyramids etc which is why I am so looking forward to the new Hardcore Gym Style that I just received today!

I use this one quite often for add ons to other workouts. I use cardio add ons, all the abs in a session, add ons for bodyparts, it loads quickly which is a plus for if I want to do say the w/u & cardio of KPC and then do cardio kicks or ctx kickbox or just ck drills, see what I mean.(I am referring to the dvd here) I think it would also be good if you are short on time to get everything in. The intensity is probably not as hard and as long as CTX on most of it IMO.
