...feel "off?" I did LowMax just now and usually do the 1st premix. Today was not a good workout day. I felt as if I had no energy. I usually get through it with some moaning and groaning but just gave up after the 3rd interval and went to the stretch. I hate these type of days because I feel like I got nothing from it.
 
Sounds like your body is craving some rest... Perhaps a stretch or Yoga day is in order. I think we all have "off" days. If its physical rather than mental you could be overtraining.
 
I take a rest day on Friday and even took another one yesterday. Maybe it's because I get up so early to workout. If I don't sleep well, that could have something to do with it. I was already in a bad mood anyway because of my job so I was "blah" before I even started.
 
How you sleep, what you eat...it all impacts your workouts. I always feel 'off' when I don't sleep well!! Or dig into the treats too much!!!
