Does Anyone Else HATE this as much as I do?!?

Most likely you will play it back and realize that you don't want to emulate ANY of those moves!

LOL, Liann! I dunno, though. To watch 20 professional beach volleyball players dance is about as beautiful and coordinated as watching Cathe work through a 60 minute workout with perfect form and precision. It brings a little tear to my eye. ;)

To me that sounds like the best wedding ever! I love to dance and it is a major part of my cardio routine; just this morning I danced freestyle for an hour and burned 641 calories -sometimes I get up to 750 if I incorporate some plyo. Low impact, works out all the kinks and is just so much fun! I hate weddings that don't have dancing! Even at my biggest -110lbs more than now - I shook it on the dance floor every chance I got!

I had NO idea that dancing could burn of that many calories. My little boys and I occasionally have spontaneous dance parties (ps Spongebob's Goofy Goober song is the BEST dance song ever...). We're going to make them an hour long from now on!! Woo hoo!!

Jonezie-- I've found that a little wine goes a long way on the dance floor and just think about it like this... You know how sexy men look when they are being goofy on the dance floor? (Or is it just me who thinks that? My DH does an awesome "sprinkler.." Anyway...) Why can't we women be the same way? I always think the girls who are trying too hard to be professional looking look ridiculous. Shake what your mama gave you and enjoy the moment!!

Lol, well, all I get to see is a few hundred manufacturing workers shaking their bon-bons on the dance floor (company Christmas party) and no Steph, these men are NOT sexy dancing out there! ;) And the ladies out there are a whole different story. They are usually too trashed to even know what they are doing. I've had to help more than one find their shoes afterwards. ;) I agree with you too Jonezie, there really is NOTHING else to do when everyone is out there dancing. Sitting in your chair watching the madness is hardly any fun either - at least after the first hour or two. I usually end up sneaking out. Just not my scene. ;) For some reason though I have this rep as someone who should be out there or has been in the past. Not sure how I got that since I usually have to be dragged out there kicking and screaming.

You need to rent or buy, the movie Hitch and watch it a few times. Will Smith gives excellent dance pointers.

Fit44...LOL!!! I OWN that movie JUST for the closing dance sequence!! I should watch it over and over and practice the moves. I wish wish wish I felt that free with my body...it's a great movie for dance technique, isn't it? Thanks for the tip!
