does anyone else hate rest days???

Actually, the P90X recovery week does incorporate weights, just not heavy ones: in "Core Synergistics," you use light weights and do lots of functional moves (so a substitution for this workout would be something like a TLP workout, or Kathy Smith's LWTLW2, or Core Secrets, for example).
