pikes? I can manage to do the knee thing but not a true pike. But even so it is like a cardio workout for me, my pulse is racing just attempting the move. Am I strange? Does anybody else experience this? Usually during the ab section of other tapes I don't notice this, but I did on the ab section of KPC. Unless it has to do with the fact that I am not used to the stability ball yet and fight to keep it from rolling.
