Guess what, I want to lose 10 lbs
But I'm wondering, if I don't "diet", just eat very well (lots of protein, clean, etc), if I could stay the same weight but go down a whole size? Has anybody done that here? Tell me, please, I need to know if it's possible!!! 
10 pounds and 5 years ago, I worked out to the FIRM, and got to that '10 pound ago' weight. But I wasn't all that muscular, just thinner. I stopped working out, gained back the 10 pounds, and started Cathe a few months ago. Trouble is, I haven't been consistent enough to change my body a lot. I'm definately stronger with better endurance, and more toned, but not back into the clothes I wore back then. Sooo, with true consistency to Cathe workouts (5-6x a week), is it really truly possible to lose a size in inches, and not in pounds? Thanks!
