i forgot to mention that after each terminator is an airborne jump. i think there are 8 sets, then a bunch of airborne jumps only, then back to the terminator/jumps.
the dvd version has a bunch of premixes so you could do, for example, just the cardio, or cardio with legs, or just the core. plus, muscle endurance is also on the dvd with its own premixes. i haven't done any of the premixes yet. i just got the dvd last week.
