Do you have CTX?

Funny but I wasn't sure what workout I was going to do today - then got the latest post about CTX and decided to do the CTX kickbox cardio. Love the music, love the energy in this entire series. I was feeling kind of lethargic earlier today, but I cannot stay unmotivated with things like Cathe yelling "Give me your energy!" right in the midst of a kicking segment! Feeling great now, just having finished it.
 
Another happy CTX user here! I bought it when it was the Featured DVD a while back. I had debated getting it for a long time because I thought the workouts might be a little dated but they are not! Outfits & hairstyles maybe, but not the moves or their effectiveness for sure. I really like that all of the upper body & abs are included together on the second disk. Leaner legs is tough, effective, and no-nonsense. It's a LOT of squats & lunges (I prefer Butts & Guts but it's sooo long), but it gets the job done in under an hour.

Go for it! You will not be disappointed.
 
I'm quoting myself so I can laugh at my poor naive, pre-leaner legs self! I did Leaner Legs yesterday and WHOA NELLY I thought my legs were going to fall off! And there was sweat dripping into my eyes, and my heart rate really spiked in some parts. It's a lot shorter than Butts & Guts but a lot more intense IMO. It will definitely become a regular in my rotation. If I can survive it. ;)

Almost like deja vu, went in overtime on this one!, like Strong Legs & Abs, but with an OMG! factor :eek:...pretty sure I free-lanced those static lunges (for some reason last week I assumed I used more weight with these, NOT!) by the time I got to the plie lower ends, I was thinkin' "I thought I was better at these." :p

Haha, this should be a bumper sticker or t-shirt!

Just did Leaner Legs again, and I had to find this thread to complain a little bit about my noodle-legs! Yowza! On top of Gym Style Legs a couple days ago (the band work in that works on my legs in new and mysterious ways!) my lower body doesn't know what hit me. But it's all good! :p
 
I need a shirt that has a big Cathe logo on the front, and "What was I thinking?" on the back...:D:D:D

why did I put LL right back into my next rotation? I think there maybe there's something wrong with me....And L & G with all those crazy leg presses & the dreaded curtsy-like lunge? I need to have my head examined...:p
