Funny but I wasn't sure what workout I was going to do today - then got the latest post about CTX and decided to do the CTX kickbox cardio. Love the music, love the energy in this entire series.  I was feeling kind of lethargic earlier today, but I cannot stay unmotivated with things like Cathe yelling "Give me your energy!" right in the midst of a kicking segment!
