I am done with C&W + abs! Had a fun and sweaty workout. Sunday I will try to get another run in

Heidi, Kristina, Sherry and Allee - I wonna see some workout reports today

Missed you and everyone! It has been rough here lately...family issues.

I have been making the great escape to my daughters or sisters. Haha! This weekend
DH and I went up to visit my StepB in Maine. Had a great time hiking and checking out the ski resorts.

HAHA! I hear ya on the house issue! Need to do the same because I have been MIA lately.

Yesterday I did runnervals 5.0 and then Leaner Legs. Of course only partial on the leg workout because after that run my legs were fried.
Not sure what I will do today just yet. I guess I will start with the house work and go from there. I also have work to do as usual.

Awesome job on your workout today! How are things in your neck of the woods?
Have you got any snow? It has been weird weather here lately. It got up to the high
70's yesterday!

Heidi - so sorry about your family issue! Hope it will straighten out soon. ((HUGS))) Fantastic job, on your workouts. Glad you enjoyed your time with your DH in Maine. Hope you get your workout in today. I also need to to some housework. DH is coming home tomorrow No snow, the weather has been weird here too Now it's getting warmer again. I don't mind!

My house is clean, time to relax this weekend. My sis thinks I am nuts for cleaning so much, I have dogs. I can't stand water stains on the floors (when the dogs drink/or eat the drip on the floors). My dogs losing a lot of hair not sure what this is all about?
