Yesterday was burn circuit 2, it was pretty intense. I really didn't like those bowler lunges :confused:

Today will be burn intervals then ab burner (I think that's the name of them,lol, im too lazy to go and look right now) So I will try and check back in later to report.

Just a quick check in:) This morning DH and I went to the gym right after I started us off. I did CCV3, traveled 4.25 miles! My legs are like jello today. I still have to get a nice stretch in (ran out of time this morning) and work my abs! I will be back later, I promise!

5# sumo squat-biceps (need to go up in wts.
5# single lunge-tri exten
2x10 deadlift-rows
8# sumo-overhead ext (go up)
2x10 deadlift-reverse grip row
8# BOWLERS! WOW! - single arm row
8# bicep curl-abductor balance with band (hard to keep balance)
8# bicep holds
2 x10 lunge-dbl arm row
2x10 dbl arm row
tri, wide and spider push-ups on knees. ;)
AVG HR 119 burned approx 309cals....shut off HRM to get band and forgot to start it again. ;)
AB BURNER: started out easy and then felt the burn. used 5#wt

Hi all!

It's 9:45. Finally taking a breath. Thinking that I should just go to bed and maybe do tomorrow. Have upper body DOMS in all muscles worked yesterday - pecs, shoulders, tris. Really, tris? Don't usually get those. Didn't get in a workout, but did get rid of the old couch and loveseat! It's amazing how much more space we have with them gone, even with all the cookies!

Signed up for a co. vs. co. weight loss competition. Figured that might help me get a bit more focused if I'm accountable. It starts next week and runs to the end of April - just in time for summer.

Belinda - Nice run! Did you get your abs done, too?

Amelia - Describe bowlers, please.

Heidi - Did you really do a run after all that?

Allee - How was KPC?

Think I'm going to hit the sack. See you tomorrow.

I also did 20 min yoga this evening.
I am still on the fence about the RT, I told DD on Friday is sign up! She was all excited.....she wants to go.....I don't know what to do??? I will be living out of a suitcase. I guess, I have all day tomrrow to decite!

Sherry - is the weight losss competicion online? Never got my abs in today, will do them tomorrow.

Heidi - good for you getting rid of those GS cookies. CLX wo look like a nice burner, wtg today!

Allee - hope you had fun with KPC today.
