2x10 deadlift-reverse grip row
8# BOWLERS! WOW! - single arm row
8# bicep curl-abductor balance with band (hard to keep balance)
8# bicep holds
2 x10 lunge-dbl arm row
2x10 dbl arm row
tri, wide and spider push-ups on knees.

AVG HR 119 burned approx 309cals....shut off HRM to get band and forgot to start it again.

AB BURNER: started out easy and then felt the burn. used 5#wt
