OMG!! I saw others posting about this the other day and thought I'd give it a try. It was pure evil. My HRM registered 732 calories burned and my HR was at or over 85% the whole time. I'm ashamed to admit that I had to pause the W/O a few times just to catch my breath and I was seeing stars during the second round of forward bounding. Of course, I was so disappointed that the squat thrust terminators at the end were left out NOT!!
This is one serious cardio workout!
