Disk 6 #407 Front squats narrow stance

I was going to print my workout card for disk 6 but when I saw that this one was missing I went to the 1RM cal. to get it in and it is not listed on disk 6 there so I went to muscle group and found it but there is no picture. So do we do it holding one dumbbell in front or what? I am not sure, anyone know?

I would preview the disk and go to that chapter to figure it out :D That's one of the ones on my list of "preview before testing"
 
Rachel-in the workout Cathe and crew use 2 DBs held by their sides. I did mine with the barbell yesterday! HTH

I think this one uses two dumbbells, if I'm not mistaken. The narrow stance shifts the action appropriately in the leg muscles.
 
So what is the difference between #407 and #519 Narrow Stance squat?
It also uses 2 dumbbells?

Where's #519??? I don't know or follow the exercise #s all that closely. I can tell you, though, that in disc 6 legs of week 2, when we go to do a set of these front narrow stance squats, Cathe mentions that "this time we'll do it with our feet flat instead of elevated".....so perhaps there's a version of this move where your heals are elevated to hit the quads more???? Just a thought. There are SO MANY varieties of so many moves.
