Disc 27 Incline Curls

I just finished this workout and WOW :eek:

While doing the incline curls on the ball I wasn't able to fully extend my arms. Does this happen to any of you?

Once I saw the guys doing the same incline curls on the weight bench, I tried it and had to drop down in DB weight. I think I like this method better because I was able to do a full extension.

I was also wondering why were the breaks between exercises so short
(60 sec)?

The breaks are shorter because your alternating between three different muscle groups instead of doing sets within the same muscle group.
