Disc 24 - Pullovers?

I don't know if this has been asked. I did a search, but couldn't find it.

Why does the workout card for Disc 24 for Pullovers say barbell, but the DVD shows everyone using dumbbells? Are there advantages to using one over the other?

That confused me also. I think there is a difference between the two (BB vs DB pull overs) because my hands were closer when using the DB.
 
I think it's just a printed error. I think they also messed up in the drop sets: for the third set in each it should read "TF" rather than "10", as Cathe has us go to failure for the third set in each drop set in this disc.
 
did ya'll find this disc really easy? i was not challenged at all. very surprised, cuz STS hasa been tough up to today. what did ya'll think?

I found it challenging for, especially those concentration curls at the end. Then again, I'm a lightweight when it comes to lifting. Hopefully that will change by the end of Meso cycle 3.

I found it very challenging because we jump up to 80%. If you weren't challenged at all then maybe you should increase your weight selection for M3.
 
that is what i was thinking, but i was challenged on all the other workouts. not sure why not on this one.
