Just got done doing Disc 19 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. My arms are fried and it's feels funny to type Anyway, yesterday DH and I put together my weight bench that I bought about a year ago. It was a must since I've nearly killed myself the last two weeks trying to lift my loaded bar up to do bench press. It was awesome having the bench!! I'm sorry I didn't take the time to assemble it sooner. Space is an issue but I'll make room. Now my only problem is hoisting the dumbbells up to do flys. I did okay until my last set of incline flys. I literally couldn't get them into position and had to drop down in weight. I can't think of a solution. Is there one?? I also had to drop my reps then my weights doing the seated front press. They were tough! I hate not being able to lift what my workout card says I should be lifting but I know I need to listen to my body-and it was screaming This program is great and the one thing that I can't stop thinking is that now I REALLY know what it means to work until failure. It's tough but it really works! It gives me a wonderful feeling of achievement.
