Difficulty accessing on demand?

Over the past week I have intermittent success accessing the on demand videos - I keep getting a message that the database can't be reached. Anyone else experiencing issues or is it just on my end?

I've been using it daily for most of the week with no issues, usually around 10:30am eastern time.

I am also experiencing the videos not loading, freezing and skipping? It’s very frustrating !

the Cathe team wrote that they are migrating to another platform and that some people might experience issues with Live.

Only the live is moving, it's moving to the same service that the On Demand is on. So nothing is changing with that. I've never had a problem with on demand unless I've had issues with my internet. Now, I have had pausing issues with live but hopefully with the change, it will be better.
