Different Workout "Groupings"

Cathlete
I'm kind of a newbie here and am trying to figure out the workout "groupings" (for want of a better word). I come from a Firm background and things usually broke down into Tortoise vs. Hare or Weights vs. Cardio. It seems to me that Cathe's workout systems are more complex than that. Could someone educate me on this? It would make it so much easier to pick and choose workouts that way.

TIA,

Annie

I break them down into:

* Cardio (this can be Step, Low Impact, HIIT)
* Weight Training
* Circuits (the most FIRM-like)

I know Cathe's shop page breaks them down even more (Low Impact, Step, etc.), but I stick to those 3.

The best way to get a feel for them is to read the descriptions and watch the previews. It's a pain, and there's a lot to read, but it's the only way to figure out what's what.

Are you looking to buy something? Maybe we can help you pick out a DVD.
