I just bought a Health-o-meter scale/body fat/body hydration thingy, since my old cheapy scale broke. So, the body fat thing says I have 22% body fat. I've been measuring my body fat at the gym for about 10 months now, and have never been above 16 percent. The thing at the gym is the handheld kind, I'm not sure what brand. My last measurement at the gym was 14.8%. This seems like a huge variance to me. How do I know which one is correct???? I'm really bummed if the 22% is right, considering I'd like to get down to 12% and possibly do a figure competition. I'm 5'4" and weigh 110.
So, what do you think? Should I try the one I just bought again in the morning and see what it says? I'm not sure I want to keep it if it's that inaccurate. And depressing....lol
