What's the difference between Boxing and Kickbox? I have read the descriptions of the Shock Cardio workouts for these, but I am not clear on what makes them different from each other.
I don't know about Shock Cardio, but in general I'm pretty sure boxing only uses punches and kickboxing incorporates kicks as well. I would assume a workout called Boxing would just be using the upper body (not that shuffling back and forth doesn't give you a lower body workout). I could be totally off base though. Wouldn't be the first time!
