Hello,
Is anyone with me on wanting Cathe to do a diet plan for her workouts? Most of us get the basics of eating clean, but meal ideas and when and/or if you should use supplements, etc. would be nice! Thoughts anyone?!

Hi NYYFAN,

If you sign on to the Workout Manager, you will see a button for nutrition. Click it and you will be taken to the Nutrition Manager (I don't know the exact name) home page.. It's not free but seems reasonable for what you get. You can check out the demo to see if the features appeal to you. I've never used it so I don't know anything about it other than what I saw in the demo. It looks like a good resource to help someone looking for nutrition guidance to help meet their personal nutritional goals.

Here's the description from the page:

"Our program gives you the tools necessary to design your own weekly meal plans that meet your performance and nutritional needs by telling you the best foods to eat, their nutritional value, and the calories you need to eat to reach your goals for your lifestyle!"

Check it out. It might be just what you're looking for and more since the meal plans will be tailored to your personal needs to fit your lifestyle. That's excellent because it may be something you can incorporate into your life for the rest of your life versus a special diet to start and stop and start again.

Additionally, you might want to take a look at the nutrition articles on this website (cathe (dot) com) which may shed light on some of your specific nutritional questions including eating clean, foods to support your body pre and post workout.

Hope this helps.

Fitness Friend,
Teals
