I remember Cathe posting she was going to share her journey, which got me to research my own path and I now I am inflammation-free. But I would also like to know what her path was and if/how fast it helped.
Well, I got tired of waiting for a response so I've now cut all dairy and almost all my simple refined sugars from my diet. The non dairy seems to be helping with inflammation, I really can't tell if the sugar cut back is helping. Gobias what have you learned in your research journey?
