A classic for me today too...Pure Strength chest, shoulders and tris. Then had to get a little XTrain injection and did the 100 rep challenge hip thrusts, love those!!

I got home from work Thursday afternoon, went to bed at 5:00pm, and basically slept until 8:00 Friday morning. Friday I stayed home sick from work, laid on the couch and watched "The 10th Kingdom" on DVD and drank orange juice.
